Getting Started
Accessing the Calendar
- Navigate to the patient's chart
- Click on the "Schedule" tab
- The calendar will display your visits and schedule

- Use the view toggle in the top right to switch between views
Navigation
- Use the left/right arrows to move between periods

Managing Visits
Creating a New Visit
Basic Visit Creation
- Click and drag on the calendar to select a time slot
- In the visit form:
- Select visit status
- Choose visit type (Initial Assessment, Follow-up, etc.)
- Set priority level
- Select duration
- Enter visit address
- Add relevant tasks
- Click "Save" to confirm
Visit Types and Status
- Initial Assessment: First visit with patient
- Follow-up: Subsequent visits

Status Colors:
