What You Need to Know
Organizations and Data Isolation
- Each organization's data is completely separate from others
- You can only access data from organizations you're a member of
- Your organization's data is protected by multiple security layers
User Roles
owner- Organization owner with full accesshealth_admin- Administrator with user management capabilitieshealth_clinician- Clinical staff rolehealth_intake- Intake processing rolehealth_patient- Patient access rolehealth_member- Basic member access
Getting Started

Creating an Organization
- Click "Create Organization" in the dashboard
- Enter organization name and unique identifier
- You'll automatically get
ownerandhealth_adminroles - Your organization space will be created automatically

Inviting Users
- Go to Organization Settings
- Click "Invite Users"
- Enter email and select role
- User will receive invitation email

Managing Roles
- Go to Organization Settings > Users
- Click on user to modify roles
- Select new role from dropdown
- Save changes
