Getting Started

Accessing the Chart Creator

  1. Navigate to Admin section
  2. Select "Chart Creator"
  3. The interface will display task types and their forms

Interface Layout

  • Left Panel: Task type list and configuration
  • Middle Panel: Required forms for selected task
  • Right Panel: Form preview and editing
  • Use the accordion to expand/collapse task details

Viewing Task Types

  1. Browse the list in the left panel
  2. Each task shows:
    • Display name
    • Number of required forms
    • Description (if available)
    • Form configuration options

Creating New Tasks

  1. Click "+ New Task" button
  2. Enter task details:

    • Description (optional)
    • Category (if applicable)
  3. Save to create the task

Managing Required Forms

Adding Forms to Tasks

  1. Expand the task using the accordion
  2. Use the multi-select dropdown to:
    • View current forms

Form Preview

Previewing Forms

  1. Select a task from the left panel
  2. Click on a form in the middle panel
  3. Preview appears in the right panel showing:
    • Form layout

    • Actual rendering

Editing Forms

  1. Preview the form
  2. Click "Edit Form" to open Form Builder
  3. Make necessary changes
  4. Return to Chart Creator to verify
